Applied Imaging Accelerates Growth in East Michigan for Office Technology

New Southfield, Michigan Office Grand Opening Enables Applied Imaging to Accelerate Growth in the East Michigan area for Office Technology

[Southfield, MI – October 19, 2020] Applied Imaging, one of the country’s largest independent office technology dealers, recently opened a new office in Southfield, Michigan. This office will be their East Michigan HQ, accessible to most businesses in Metro Detroit.

In addition to this East Michigan flagship office, Applied Imaging has 12 additional locations across Michigan, Ohio, and Florida. This new office will be the landing spot for Applied Imaging’s East Michigan employees.  Team members in the Sales, Distribution, Tech Services, and Parts Departments in Metro Detroit will now operate out of the Southfield building. Previously, the building was home to BlueWater Technologies Group and holds about 60,000 square feet of office and warehouse space. Furthermore, the massive building contains five meeting rooms with Ricoh Interactive Whiteboards and Cameras. These help facilitate collaboration between offices and clients. State of the art Ricoh, Canon, and Kyocera copiers and printers are located in the new and improved demo room, and Applied Imaging’s iconic live plant wall with the 12 elements of success has been included in the new building design.

“We are very excited to open our new Southfield office in Michigan. Visitors can feel safe knowing each entrance is equipped with a Body Temperature Scanner, hand sanitizing stations throughout, a mandatory health survey and the use of masks is required. This location provides an easy to find location for all organizations in Metro Detroit while conducting business with Applied Imaging,” says Laura Katsul, Building Facilities and Office Manager at Applied Imaging.

Applied Imaging will be hosting a Ribbon Cutting Ceremony with the Southfield Chamber of Commerce on November 13, 2020 at 1:00 PM with Mayor Kenson J. Siver.
