NetSmart Plus, a division of Applied Imaging, is seeking an experienced NOC Administrator to join our Managed Network Service team. This position is a key contributor in the success of managing our client’s networks. This is achieved by quickly resolving incidents that our monitoring systems open tickets for and by constantly monitoring the alerts generated by our tools to resolve incidents before our clients are aware, as well as:
•Following predefined scopes of work and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
•Ability to work on multiple priorities and/or projects simultaneously.
•Excellent listening and communications skills, both verbal and written.
•Organized, detail oriented and self-motivated.
•Researching and implementing solutions in accordance with our Ideal Ticket Procedure.
•Updating client documentation in document retention system.
•Following up with clients when appropriate.
•Communicating in an upbeat, positive and professional manner.
•Keeping up-to-date on new software and hardware.
•Willingness to work flexible hours as demands may require evening and weekend work.
•Successfully managing time with minimal management oversight.

Skills: This position will be responsible for having an intermediate knowledge of, and ability to troubleshoot, the following:
•Current workstation operating systems for PC and Mac platforms (i.e. Windows, Mac OS, Linux)
•Patch Deployment administration
•Active Directory administration
•O365 Administration
•Web content filtering
•Anti-virus tools
•DNS and DHCP
•Backup and Recovery Concepts
•Server administration
•Network storage devices

Requirements Include:
Minimum of one industry certification:
•A+ Certification
•NET+ Certification
•Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP)
•Other IT related certifications
Minimum 2-year college degree in Networking, Computer Science, Information Systems or a related technical field.
2+ years’ experience working in an IT NOC Administration Role.
Physical ability to sit in front of a computer for long periods of time, carry up to 50 pounds, climb a ladder or kneel to install computers, servers, monitors, and networking equipment in cabinets, on shelving, under desks etc…
