Applied Imaging is looking for a self-motivated, knowledgeable, and detail-oriented candidate to fill a full-time opportunity as the Facilities Technician out of our Grand Rapids location.  This position would be responsible for facilities needs for all locations.  Candidates must possess excellent organizational and communication skills, general computer and office skills, a good driving record, be a self-starter and the ability to perform manual labor for extended periods of time.  Any handyman type experience is an asset.

The responsibilities for this position include coordinating and scheduling building maintenance, general site maintenance of all Applied Imaging locations, including custodial work, communicating with tenants to schedule any needed service, and assisting with various projects and special events throughout the year.  This position may include lifting objects up to 80 lbs., climbing ladders, frequent use of stairs, and repeated bending or kneeling.
