Field Service Technician – Toledo, OH

Applied Imaging has immediate need for Field Service Technicians in Toledo, OH, that are interested in building a long term career with Applied Imaging. This position involves hardware field service support for multifunctional devices as shown on our web site. Requirements include:

Office Life


Company Meetings

Four times a year, the entire staff of Applied Imaging gathers at the corporate headquarters in Grand Rapids for a company meeting. These meetings allow everyone to remain up-to-date on the happenings within the company. Speakers range from executives within the company to motivational speakers like Mike Riordan and Matthew Kelly. In addition, the meetings offer an opportunity for employee recognition.

Tailgate Bash

Every year, on the Friday before the University of Michigan vs. Michigan State University football game, we shut down our Grand Rapids and Metro Detroit offices for our annual Tailgate Bash. We bring in clients for special performances, gifts, catered food, and drinks so they can meet everyone on staff and get to know the Applied Imaging family on a more personal level — while tossing around some friendly trash talk.

Wheel of Excellence

At each of our quarterly company meetings, we take the time to thank the employees who have been recognized by clients and coworkers for going above and beyond the expected level of service. Each recognized employee is invited to spin the Wheel of Excellence, which has gift cards and other rewards taped to it. The ultimate prize is a Big Applause, where the entire company gives the employee a large — and loud — standing ovation.

In addition, every July and December, employees are invited to participate in an inter-office Secret Santa.
