Quality relationships are the backbone of the Applied Imaging service department. All good relationships depend on open, honest communication. This is evident throughout the entire service call experience.

All of our machines have a primary technician assigned to them. After placing a service call, you will receive a phone call from your technician to gather information, suggest any possible phone fixes, and offer an ETA.

Upon arrival, your technician will verify symptoms with you and ask for any examples you may have. Would you mind demonstrating the issue? We want to make sure we address any and all concerns.

As part of our C.E.R.T.IFY Total Call Procedure, your technician will thoroughly inspect, test, and clean your machine from stem to stern. Upon completion, we’ll ask you to try it out once again to ensure everything performs as expected, as promised.
