Modular Transportation was experiencing a challenge with its invoicing procedure and the speed at which customer invoices were being processed. After a detailed discovery meeting, Applied Imaging’s Document Management team determined that sending customer invoices, statements and related information was time-consuming, required the involvement of 5-6 employees and had a negative impact on cash flow.

Solution

To streamline the invoice process and provide an alternative to mailing month-end statements, Applied Imaging implemented a detailed document management system: OnBase.
