The NetSmart Team

The NetSmart team has been formed through the acquisition of successful IT businesses throughout Michigan and the hiring of highly qualified individuals. This strategy has brought tremendous experience to the team and provided geographic coverage throughout Michigan. The following acquisitions created the foundation for NetSmart:

March 2014 – Applied Imaging acquires Delios Computers Solutions, a Silver level Microsoft and Lenovo partner supporting small business in the Grand Rapids area for 18 years. The acquisition includes three team members providing over 50 years of combined IT experience.

January 2015 – Applied Imaging acquires Total Electronic in Traverse City, a fast-growing managed service provider offering small business and individual solutions throughout northern Michigan. This includes two team members with more than 50 years combined experience.

April 2015 – Applied Imaging acquires Hi-Tech in Petoskey, a small business copier and computer-support company with over 25 years business experience. This acquisition expands the northern Michigan coverage to reduce onsite travel time.
