User Tools > Facsimile Features > Key Operator Tools > Forwarding

Now turn on forwarding and select the destination that you want the faxes forwarded to.

Canon –

Settings/Registration > Function Settings > Receive/Forward > Common Settings > Forwarding Settings

Select the desired forwarding setting and Press Validate/Invalidate.
