Applied Innovation honored again as one of “Metropolitan Detroit’s 101 Best And Brightest Companies To Work For”

DETROIT, MI – For the second consecutive year, Applied Imaging, Michigan’s premier office technology solutions provider has been named one of “Metropolitan Detroit’s Best and Brightest Companies to Work For by Michigan Business and Professional Association (MBPA).

“We are proud to be part of the rebounding Detroit metro area market.  This award is solid evidence that we have created something special, a cohesive team working together to realize the dream of what we can accomplish now and in the future,” said John Lowery, President of Applied Imaging.

The 101 Best and Brightest to Work For Award honors companies that are dedicated to their employees and have demonstrated exceptional commitment to best practices in human resources.  To meet these requirements an independent research company evaluated each honoree on key measures in various categories, including: Compensation, Benefits and Employee Solutions; Employee Enrichment, Engagement and Retention; Employee Education and Development; Recruitment, Selection and Orientation; Employee Achievement and Recognition; Communication and Shared Vision; Diversity and Inclusion; Work-Life Balance; Community Initiatives; Strategic Company Performance and the Best of the Best Small Business.

“The selection, recognition and awarding of this year’s 101 companies allows our organization to showcase their best practices.  The honorees have clearly demonstrated why each of them would be an ideal place for employees to work.  Companies that capitalize on their greatest resource – their employees – know how to attract and retain top talent,” said Jennifer Kluge, MBPA president.

“To be recognized two years in a row as one of Metropolitan Detroit’s Best and Brightest Companies to Work For is an honor and I am grateful.  We have always had the philosophy that people make the difference.  This acknowledgement validates our efforts to create an internal culture that encourages team members to develop the skills and knowledge for the benefit of both customers and themselves,” Lowery said.

Applied Imaging will be honored by the MBPA on Wednesday, October 30th at the Henry Hotel located at 300 Town Center Drive in Dearborn.
