Applied Imaging Acquires Ricoh’s Small to Medium Business- FAQ

On April 3, 2017, Applied Imaging and Ricoh Corporation entered into an agreement where Applied Imaging will provide ongoing service and support for your Ricoh MFPs, solutions, and software. All of us here at Applied Imaging are excited for this next step and for all the new team members.We have hired over 40 sales and service individuals from Ricoh Corporation who provided sales or service support. We have been a 30-year partner of Ricoh Corporation and continue to proudly utilize their brand products.  We have over 300 employees working in Michigan dedicated to delivering an outstanding service experience and service the entire Ricoh family of products which include Savin, Lanier, Gestetner, and Ricoh.  In addition to Ricoh products, we continue to carry a variety of products from Canon, HP, and Kyocera.  We also provide companies with managed network services and support—so, from your server to your cell phone, we have you covered.

 

With this change, there will be questions. We’ve taken the time to identify a few that stand out and have the answer for you below. 1.Who do I call for service|supplies|sales?

2. Who do I call with any questions?

3. Where do I submit service|supply payments?

Ricoh will continue to bill for service & supplies through May 5.  After May 5 Applied Imaging will begin billing your maintenance.  If you currently receive your maintenance charges on a lease invoice, that will not change.  If currently  receive your maintenance charges from Ricoh, you will receive an invoice from Applied Imaging.

4. Where do I submit lease payments?

The remit to address for your lease payments has not changed! If you work with a leasing company pay the leasing company directly. During this transition, you will want to may your invoices to whomever is sending them to you.

5. What is Applied Imaging’s ‘Remit to’ address?

6. If Applied Imaging is a Michigan based company, why is the ‘Remit to’ address in Chicago?

We ARE  a Michigan based company! Our partner bank’s lockbox is located in Chicago

7. Who do I contact with any questions regarding my invoices?
