Department:   Content Management Division Position:          Content Management Implementation Consultant Date Posted:   August 24, 2007 We are currently looking to add a self-motivated results oriented Content Management Consultant in our Grand Rapids or Kalamazoo office. The selected individual will be responsible for delivering content management software implementations consisting of:  server based and client based software installation, set-up, and configuration to accomplish the scope of effort outlined in the project profile; conversion of previous content databases; thorough testing of all required functionality; education and training for all levels of users and administrators; on-site assistance during the "go-live" process; and ongoing level-one technical support to ensure maximum utilization of the client investment in content management software. This individual must possess strong application software technical skills and be a quick learner of software and hardware technical configurations and functional capabilities.  Special consideration will be given to those candidates with strong organizational and communication skills.  Extreme importance is a commitment to provide the client a working solution to ensure and protect the longevity of all client relationships.  Previous experience with content management software such as OnBase, SentryFile, Kofax, AutoStore, Captaris, Reform is not required but is desired.
