Department:      Sales Position:             Sales Manager - Kalamazoo Date Posted:      April 29, 2008   We are currently looking to add a self-motivated, performance driven sales manager in our Kalamazoo office. The selected individual will be responsible for achieving company sales goals with 4 to 6 outside reps including the recruiting, selecting, training, managing, motivating, and development of the sales team.  This individual must also possess benchmarking and business planning skills. We are looking for an individual with at least 1 to 3 years experience selling office equipment and, ideally, team leadership and/or management experience.  Special consideration will be given to those candidates with strong outside selling experience, professional appearance, excellent presentation and communication skills as well as networking and computer skills.
